We only stayed one night but Michelle was very helpful. We didn't receive information as stated prior to our arrival and we didn't get a pet friendly apartment as requested however we were still very satisfied with the apartment we did get and we were able to have our dog in the garage which was fine.
We would definitely stay again :)
