Big house in a good location close to the beach and shops. Plenty of room for kids to run around and secure with fences and gates. Big kitchen with butlers pantry and indoor/outdoor dining. 2 living rooms for separate areas when needed and a laundry to help keep on top of things.
Bottle of wine was a Chardonnay 😆. Had to do a little rearrange of Nick nacks to ensure they didn't get broken by little fingers. A second set of keys would be useful if multiple families are staying (but we just used the lockbox).

Nice large deck
Bushes near driveway needed trimming - obscured view when reversing boat
Laundry was unlocked on arrival and outside
BBQ wasn’t clean and therefore smelt
Lack of blinds on external door in master bed
