Facile d'accès car très proche d'un arrêt de bus (1 min à pied à qui emmène dans tous les quartiers touristiques en 20 minutes. Il faut bien avoir l'application des bus et c'est très bien. (Attac Roma, bus 23, 70, 80) Petit Supermarché Pewex proche (5 min à pied) Restaurants autour, simples et agréables Merveilleuses pizza chez Popeye à 2 minutes à côté du bus.
La cafetière krups à dosette ne fonctionne pas très bien. Le fait d'être en sous sol ne donne pas accès à une terrasse large ni extérieur optimal Odeurs dans la salle de bain, humidité ? Mais cela se gère avec la fenêtre ouverte (volets fermés) Pas mal de bruit de la rue sur deuxième chambre, qu'on n'ose pas ouvrir car bruit ++

Buena ubicación, pero la limpieza deja mucho que desear, yo creo que de los últimos que estuvieron en el apartamento no limpiaron antes de llegar nosotros. Las almohadas tendrían que cambiarlas.. la ducha se emboza. En general necesita que le den una vuelta de mantenimiento.
