This cozy 3rd floor corner vacation rental includes a private Gulf front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Vacation rental 304 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Color Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local calls and Wi-Fi are also provided.
Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. Washer & Dryer in condo.
No Smoking. One Parking Space. Saturday arrivals only in peak seasons. Maximum occupancy: 4 persons (including infants).

We love staying here & the area! However, I do wish the listing would have specified no pool, prior to booking. That was definitely missed this year! We will be back next year for another stay with you.

Our condo was beautifully furnished and decorated. We had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find a dishwasher as it wasn't listed on the VRBO site. Loved the view from our balcony,sunsets, dolphins and waves!!

There were 20 of us at a family reunion and altogether we rented 5 separate condos in this building. The building is nice and quiet with only 24 units total so the pool area was never crowded.
What we especially loved about this unit was the fact it has its own washer and dryer = a huge plus. Very well stocked and equipped with a super comfortable master bed. Highly recommend this - we will be back next year.
