Great Value - Home away from home Emerald Isle 201 is a BRONZE rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in N. Redington Beach. This cozy 2nd floor corner vacation rental includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Vacation rental 201 offers a full size, fully equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Color Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local calls and Wi-Fi are also provided.
Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. No Smoking. One parking space. Coin-op laundry on premises.
Saturday only arrivals in peak seasons. Maximum occupancy: 4 persons (including infants).

This was the perfect place to stay that worked for our whole family! We had about 25 people that stayed here. It was very clean! The ladies at the front desk were very sweet! The only issue we had was when we called to check on the status of our pool prior to our stay June 21-28. We were told multiple times that the pool should be done by the beginning of May. A few weeks prior to our vacation, we got the call that it wasn’t going to be done. Due to the amount of people staying, there was no way we would’ve been able to find another place with a pool. This made us feel that they were telling us this the whole time so that we wouldn’t leave and they wouldn’t lose out on the money from us. After arriving, we could see that the pool hadn’t been touched. They had to have known that it wasn’t going to be done months ago. That would’ve given us plenty of time to find somewhere else. However, if not having a pool doesn’t bother you, this is a great place to stay! The location is also perfect! We love to be in a quieter area where there aren’t too many people. There were areas on both sides of us that had a ton of people that seemed to be the party areas! Which was fine by us!

Overall emerald isles is great property and love staying there. Unit was very nice and comfortable. Very good location. Only issue is the gate and stairwell keys not being easy to open.

Great vacation rental property. Located right on the Gulf Coast in a very nice area. Rental agency very professional and friendly. Place is very well kept and clean and the rental unit was equipped very well.

The location and beach was amazing. The pool was gross by the end of the week. The condo needs a deep clean. Dust EVERYWHERE and when we came to the kitchen a roach was crawling on the ground. That really put a damper on the rest of the stay
