Vacation rental 301 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Color Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local calls and Wi-Fi are also provided.
Sleeping accommodations include a queen bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom.
Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. No Smoking. One Parking Space. Coin-op laundry on premises.
Saturday arrivals only in peak seasons. Maximum occupancy: 4 persons (including infants).

This was our second stay at the Emerald Isle. Although this is an older building, it is well maintained and kept clean. We enjoy the smaller size of the building because there are not large amounts of people; and while it is smaller, the views from the balconies are absolutely beautiful, and the pool and ocean are just steps away. The beach always has plenty of space, never feeling crowded. This location also has assigned parking so your spot is always available. Our first time last year we found the stay perfect. This year it was almost the same. We had some small issues that Maintenance should have taken care of before our arrival; lamps needing light bulbs, TV remotes needing batteries, one stove burner not working, and the balcony sliding glass door hard to open and close. However, the staff was very responsive, and these small nuisances did not deter us from having a wonderful vacation. We will definitely return to the Emerald Isle condos.

The plus was most definitely the location. A couple of negatives that would keep me from staying again or recommending to a friend: 1.) We saw some roaches throughout the condo, as well as the lobby of the building...not infestation level, but most definitely prevalent enough to be a concern 2.) Mattresses were terribly uncomfortable. The air did quite during our stay as well, which interrupted plans on one day of our stay. The issue was remedied, without issues, but the day was still interrupted, as well as the night prior's sleep quality.
