About this resort
Redington Surf Resort is in an area known locally at Sunset Reef which is also well known for having the whitest sugary soft sand and deep turquoise blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. As an added bonus Condo 5 is located next to the large pool giving you quick and easy access to either the beach or pool.

This unit is a really good place for a couple to stay because it quite small. The listing is accurate and the room was tidy. It was nice that there was also dedicated parking. We were there during peak vacation season and the beach was never very crowded. We were also able to rent chairs right on the beach so we could just walk out of the room and be in our chairs right on the gulf in just a few minutes. You could easily stay in Redington for your entire stay if you are looking for something more relaxed since and ther are plenty of places to eat and a Publix that is not too far away. However, Clearwater Beach and St Pete Beach are just a short drive away if you want to do more. We really enjoyed our time there.

We had a great time. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the ocean. The pool was very nice and clean too. The room itself was good too. You go to the beach for the beach, not the room, so nothing was unexpected there. Would recommend, especially if you have a young child (mine is 6) and make several trips back to the room for random things.
