The distance from the condo to the beach was nice & short. The condo was fully stocked with kitchen items, plenty of towels, soaps & beach chairs/toys.
Should put in new blinds that work and sliding closet doors. Clean the furniture or update. The King bed is very firm and had to sleep in the twin room.

Somewhat modern interior in many areas. Well furnished. Good internet. Partial ocean view. Shower pressure OK. Not much more that we liked about it other than uncovered parking was out front.
Limited oceanfront view. Maybe 90 degrees max. The unit is set back from the front units. Older building in need of updating. Hot water duration was iffy and there were only two of us. Peeling paint in corners of bathrooms and entry.
