O apartamento da Ana é exatamente como nas fotos. É muito limpo, prático e organizado. O prédio é tranquilo e bem localizado. Apesar de estar cheio por ser feriado, os vizinhos são muito educados e os horários de silêncio foram rigorosamente cumpridos. O serviço de praia fica no módulo 8 da Riviera, super pertinho pra ir a pé e também funciona bem! Para quem quer um apartamento simples, prático, com tudo organizado, limpo e funcionando, ele é perfeito! A Ana é atenciosa e foi flexível com meu horário de saída. Super recomendo a estadia!

Imóvel limpo, organizado, com boa localização e em condomínio que respeita os horários de silêncio. A proprietária prestou a assistência e a orientação necessárias à estadia confortável. Com certeza repetiria a locação.
