O localização é muito perto da praia, o condomínio é muito bem cuidado e muito agradável , porém o apartamento está precisando de cuidados, a parte da cozinha faltam muitos utensílios domésticos.

Pontos positivos: todos, desde a facilidade de chegada, comunicação, contato com o anfitrião. Obs. Denis, uma pessoa extremamente atenciosa. Apartamento exatamente como descrito, perfeitas condições, principalmente para quem tem criança pequena, com internet e todas as comodidades necessárias. Local próximo à supermercado, farmácia, shopping. Ponto negativo: não tem. Voltaremos em breve!

Pontos positivos: Apartamento muito bem localizado, praticamente pé na areia, muito limpo e organizado, D. Vilma que é a responsável por fazer o check in, muito simpática e nos deu todo o suporte durante a estadia, sempre que tínhamos alguma dúvida. O locador também foi muito simpático e sempre disponível. Programações de férias incríveis no "Boteco da Vila", curtimos os shows todos os dias e comemos comidas deliciosas! A praia tem uma estrutura ótima, limpa e super monitorada por bombeiros e policiais, aliás, toda a Riviera, sendo super recomendado para pessoas que tem filhos adolescentes que querem sair sozinhos e voltarem pra casa em segurança a qualquer hora do dia e da noite (nem parece que estamos no Brasil!).
Ponto negativo: Não tem roupa de cama e toalha, que para nós que somos do interior de Goiás, pesa muito pois aumenta consideravelmente a bagagem.
