A casa é agradável, não tivemos problema algum com infraestrutura. Fica próximo ao centro comercial do morada da praia. São 2km da praia e fomos de carro todos os dias, mas andar no condomínio é muito tranquilo se quiser ir de bicicleta etc. O Adelson é muito atencioso e simpático. Ficou na mesma rua durante nossa estadia então estava sempre disponível pra ajudar se fosse necessário. Único ponto é que o qusrro da edícula não estava tão limpo quando chegamos e às vezes o dono precisava entrar na casa para usar seu escritório pessoal que fica na edícula. Não tivemos problema algum com isso, mas se for alugar a casa saiba que talvez o dono precise acessar o imóvel. No geral adorei a casa e estadia. Voltaremos se houver a oportunidade! :)

Casa sensacional pelo valor proposto. Casa limpa e cheirosa, cumpre com tudo o que tem no anúncio. Os arredores tem tudo o que precisa. O locatário sempre prestativo nas informações e sempre prestativo. Eu e meus amigos tivemos uma boa experiência e esperamos voltar novamente.

A única coisa que me “incomodou” um pouco foi que vira e mexe apareciam pessoas dentro do imóvel sem tocar campainha... por alguns ajustes da casa... mas acho que podiam esperar serem recebidos.
