Very nice single storey house with accommodation for 10 people, located in Guaratuba Beach, in Residencial Costa do Sol, with large green area, American kitchen, fully integrated environments and garage for 4 cars. Also upstairs room and balcony overlooking the sea.
Prime location, 30 meters from the beach.
Kept in residential 24 hour security.
NO PETS ON THE BEACH.

A casa é conforme descrito no anúncio e próxima a praia. Em dias muito quentes senti falta de ar condicionado, mas no geral os ventiladores deram conta. Condomínio bem cuidado e seguro. Praia limpa e boa para caminhadas . Proprietária atenciosa e solícita. Durante nossa estadia foi tudo bem.
