Dream house!
This is a unique property, situated facing the sea and overlooking the most beautiful postcards of the city.
Perfect place to relax and enjoy nature.
This beautiful home has 3 bedrooms (1 en suite), a large living room, dining room and full kitchen, gourmet space with a wood stove and barbecue.
Large deck on the water, with an unforgettable view.
Private beach and pier. Because the house is built inside an area of environmental preservation, we do not have permission from the management body of the unit to create access roads to the residence, so despite the proximity to the city of Paraty (5 min) access is only done by sea . We give full support to the realization of this maritime transfer 24 hours a day. Upon check in and check out it is on our own, and can be hired at any time.

This is the BEST VRBO we have ever stayed at (and we travel a lot!). The home and property itself is beautiful, the location is breathtaking, and the staff is so helpful. When we arrived, there was a safe parking area to park our vehicle where we met our boat captain. His crew helped us load up all our groceries and luggage and then took us on a short boat ride across the lovely bay to the home. The property was all lit up and magical looking. We loved spending time on the dock and patio area in the comfortable lounge furniture. We also loved that there are two well-stocked kitchens (one outdoor and one in the house) with a few basics like sugar, salt, and oil. Up the stairs the bedrooms were wonderful and had gorgeous views of the sunrise (definitely worth waking up for!). The sunset views from the dock were also beautiful. I was worried we would feel stranded, but the boat captains were always available and prompt whether we made arrangements the night before or messaged them via what’s app a half hour or so before we needed to get picked up. The only suggestion I would have for the property owner is to replace the microwave- it wasn’t working which wasn’t an issue for us (we were just using the stove, oven, and pizza oven outside), but this microwave had a “brigadeiro” button that was intriguing and that I wanted to try out! ;) Thanks again for an amazing stay! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone planning to stay in Paraty!

The property was better than expected. Everything was clean and organized. Felipe and his coworkers were extremely accommodating. It is a fabulous location with exclusion and yet not far from town and other activities. I can't speak too highly of the whole experience. It was absolutely wonderful!!

This place is a paradise indeed. The highlight was waking up and seeing the view from the balcony, breathtaking. The house had many amenities, and the decoration was full of local flair. Felipe was a fantastic host and helped us with all of our needs, especially groceries and transportation. Joao Paulo and his son took us back and forth to town by boat. I wished that we had stayed longer. We will be back for sure.

You won’t need to go anywhere if all you want to do is relax, be near the water when it gets too hot, and enjoy endless beautiful views! Our family of seven thoroughly enjoyed our five days here! Just note: there is purposely no WiFi, so plan to leave that connection and slow down!
