This is the most fantastic location. Amazing views of the harbour, and you're right in the bustle of Honfleur. Host Anna was great.

Wonderful apartment in the centre of Honfleur

The location of the apartment is fantastic, overlooking the old basin. Right in the heart of the town with all the fine restaurants (135 of them our host informed me!), shops, museums and galleries on your doorstep. Being on the 2nd floor, you have a lovely elevated view and it's quite peaceful. The two bedrooms face the quieter pedestrianised side street, so no trouble with noise. The living/dining room is spacious and the kitchen well appointed with coffee machine, dishwasher, etc. The small shower room has a washing machine too. Our host, Anne, is very nice and could not have been more helpful. It was pleasure spending 4 nights here and would highly recommend it as a great base to explore the town and further afield.

Not much to be honest! The beds are a little small for larger adults, but very comfy.

Beautiful spot, but needs attention.

Anne met us easily and advised us where to park and easily move our things into the apartment.

While the location is on the basin, in the thick of the town, it is quite noisy from lots of late night parties well into 1-2am. Right on the harbor, the seagulls are pretty active very early in the morning. On Friday morning, 5 am of so, the collection of trash and crashing glass bottles from all the restaurants is deafening, jarring and tough. We loved the apartment, but had a real hard time getting a nights rest. Small details: the shower head is old and does not work well. Should be an easy replacement that would mean a lot. Having two keys for a family would be much convenient. Also, it’s July and the bedding should be available for the heat. Probably could use better fans for each room. Without screens, flies are a natural visitor.

Lovely apartment with great views!

What a perfect position with views over the historic harbour, and situated on the somewhat quieter side with fewer restaurants. And indeed we started with rather quiet days but as expected the very popular town got increasingly crowded during a public holiday followed by a week-end. But still the nights were really quiet as the bedrooms face a small side street. We slept well and the beds are fine, especially if you prefer slightly harder mattresses to soft ones. The apartment is beautifully and elegantly decorated, with a huge dining table, a big sofa and a very well equipped kitchen. Lots of plates, cutlery etc. to fill the small dishwasher. And more than enough space to put our things, even in the bathroom. There is no parking close to the apartment, but we found a space to unload our stuff and were then directed to a huge car park for only 5 Euros a day.

Almost everything was great, just two minor things: The glass of the central window pane was cloudy and therefore impaired the otherwise perfect view, but there is little to be done about something like that. - Although the information in our booking said check-out until 11h we were asked to leave by 10h. Equally the booking stated check-in until 20h and we were later informed that it would cost extra after 19h.

the location of this property is absolutley superb and the owner was very helpful

to us we felt it needed an upgrade especially in the kitchen area and there was paint/wallpaper coming off the walls in the bedroom. This didnt detract from out holiday though

It’s on the second floor so quite a lot of stairs to carry bags up. But this means it has wonderful views and there is a lovely breeze going through the apartment

Sommige basics zouden mogen aangevuld worden zoals glazen, kleine mankementjes die gerepareerd mogen worden. We hebben daar geen last van gehad maar zou nog net dat extra cachet geven.
