Come stay on a tropical beach in a spacious 3 bedroom, only a short walk from Cockburn Town on the lovely peaceful island of Grand Turk. Breathtaking views, a wonderful beach, superb swimming, diving and snorkeling are right outside your front door. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from your deck. The combination of fun, informal restaurants, expert dive shops, friendly locals, and a relaxed pace of living makes a vacation in Grand Turk uniquely appealing. A trip to Grand Turk transports you back to the 'Old Caribbean,' before big hotels, high rises and crowds of tourists.
This house is right on the water, so enjoy dazzling water views all day, and relax with a drink or dinner while watching beautiful sunsets. The beach has small tidal pools, shade and (usually) gentle waves. No need to worry about 'reserving a beach chair' on Grand Turk. Instead, miles of virtually empty beaches on the western shore offer a tranquility that is hard to find in the modern world.
This house is part of Island Passage, which has this three bedroom, a cottage (listing number 932470), and a one bedroom unit which is not available for rental.
The spacious house has an open plan with a large living/dining room and a spacious kitchen which also has a peninsula to perch at. Ceiling fans and air conditioning in every room help you keep your cool. There is a large master bedroom, and two smaller bedrooms, both with queen beds. There is a large deck with a fabulous view down the beach, and shaded area with chairs and a table for yet another dining area. One of our repeat guests said in a review, "If you’re looking for a beautiful and very well equipped kitchen, a large dining area with comfortable chairs, 2 fabulous large sitting areas with comfortable couches, good beds in rooms with their own AC I’m each room, and lots of homey decor that makes this feel like a home, than this place is for you."
The fenced in yard protects the landscaping from wandering horses and cows. It is literally a few steps through your gate to the shade of the Casuarina trees on the beach. You can beachcomb and snorkel in front of the house, get picked up by a dive boat for a fantastic experience on Grand Turk's Wall, stroll into town (150 yards away) to wander down Duke Street, or rent a bike or car or hire a taxi to go a little further afield.

Our 7 day stay at Island Passage was amazing! Just what our souls needed! It’s such a specialty property with a beautiful cozy home and a beautiful tranquil view and access to the ocean. Seriously, what more can you ask for. We loved seeing the daily visits of donkeys and dogs! And how wonderful that you can snorkel reach from the beach in front of you. Shannon was great to communicate with and the property manager Anita was wonderful, so helpful! The house had everything you could want- the extra snorkel gear was a real treat! We would love to visit again! Thank you for this truly magnificent stay!

Island Passage was perfect for our weeklong stay in beautiful Grand Turk! Beach views from house were breathtaking, steps to the cool blue water, Potcakes and donkeys galore!! Everything we needed to rest, relax and recharge. Kitchen had everything and we enjoyed an island potluck dinner with neighbors and cottage visitors! Rented a golf cart from airport for the week and explored the island from end-to-end. Will definitely be back soon.

We had an absolutely amazing week here with our two kids. The property is exactly as described if not better. The clear blue ocean is just steps from the house.The home itself is very clean, well maintained, and fully equipped with everything you could need. It even has AC, though we hardly used it since opening the windows and enjoying the ocean breeze was perfect.We truly wish we had discovered this island paradise years ago! Communication with the host and everyone involved was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.Thank you for such a memorable week!

This house is amazing - right on the beach. The water is beautiful, you can snorkel right from shore, and the views are amazing. The house has everything you need and is clean and well-maintained. The property manager, Anita, is great and makes everything easy. We will definitely be back!
