Matic war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation war super und er hat uns sogar noch ins Zentrum gebracht.

Il proprietario super gentile e disponibile a darci tante informazioni. Casa accogliente e pulita. Bagno un po piccolo ma per due notti andava bene. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto la scala che porta all’appartamento nell’ultimo tratto è stretta a chiocciola. Bisogna fare molta attenzione soprattutto quando si hanno bagagli ingombranti. Per il resto valutazione estremamente positiva che consiglio!

Nice host. Good location in a [relatively] quiet street (the freeway is pretty loud when you open the window), so the windows are of good quality. Well-equipped kitchen. Good air conditioner.

The height of the ceiling: this is not really an "apartment", but rather a tree/doll house for people below 5'3"/165 cm tall. Pretty claustrophobic. The "bathroom" is tiny. No fan in the bathroom, meaning you have to smell what you produce there, for quite a long time. The "entry door" is about 160 cm high. You can definitely stay here if you manage to climb the very narrow, steep, twisted stairs, and not bump your head on the entrance and all around. No mosquito screens on the windows. It's heavily overpriced. With this level of comfort, the fair price should be $60 maximum.
