    The location is superb, walking distance to Sheung Wan MTR and tram station. The surrounding area offers plentiful of dining options. The unit is very spacious compared to other hotels. The separated living and dining area is an added advantage. It has a beautiful view overseeing Kowloon. The unit comes with a washer/dryer which means we can travel light. Suitable for group and family trips.

    The view from the room was exceeding our expectation. Staffs were all nice, unlike many places in Hkg, and willing to help us. Room was cleaned on daily basis, which was important for us as we have a toddler. The kitchen and utensils were all complete and met our necessities as a family. The refrigerator even had a freezer, which I consider pretty rare, I love it. I could freeze ice packs there and later bring it to keep baby's milk on the right temperature. Usually in a hotel, I need to contact the restaurant, so this was really convenient for me.

    Our two families stayed at this hotel for over seven days and tried several different rooms. The north tower view was superb, staff are friendly. However, one thing we’d really like the management to fix is the bathroom smell. It has a strong urinal odour in every toilet seat in uevery room and there are urinal marks on the inner rim of the toilets if you look closely. I hope they can sort this out.

    Good hotel that is quite close to public transport. The rooms are quite small though but very clean and has its own washing machine and a small kitchen which is quite good.
