    Absolutely loved my stay at Bonham 99. the room was clean and reception was really friendly. it was really convenient getting around with the MTR station only less than 5 minutes away and many food options nearby. Would recommend.

    Hi, I stayed at Bonham99 for almost 2 weeks. Initially I was allotted a room on the 10th floor, which was very dark and lights were way too dim. I also thought the room was way too small and nowhere near the size displayed on booking of 42sqm. They told me they would give me a superior room next day, which they did, but the only difference was that it was up on the 22nd floor. Other than that it was still too small - no more than 25sqm instead of 42sqm bets guess. The room is quite inconvenient - lights are dim, the switches are spread randomly across the room. There isn't a single free power point near the bedside - the only free power socket is in the bathroom next to the sink where it shouldn't be! There is no bottled water, and the water machine in my room had a particularly weird smell. They even changed the filter but it didn't do any good, so I bought my own bottled water for my stay. The kitchenet is super small and other than microwave and small fridge, I don't recommend it for any kind of kitchen work. It's also too dark and I was literally using my phone light to try and figure out the buttons on the water machine. There is also this heavy sliding door which either covers the kitchenet or the wardrobe at any point, so have to move it across when accessing the other side. On positive side, the breakfast system is not bad, they give you a coupon (has to be collected everyday after providing the room number) which can be used for a limited menu in 4 nearby cafes. The cafes were pretty decent. The standard of service is also a bit hit and miss depending upon who in the staff one is talking to. Overall, small hotel, 3* at best, and I found it a bit claustrophobic and small and dark.
