will impact one of our outdoor hot tubs. We will still have 4 hot tubs
available - 2 outdoor and 2 indoor. This will impact bookings from May-October
2026.

charges. Please let us know in advance if this is an issue. Incidental fee is
$100 per night.

We highly recommend this condo. Check in & parking are easy. Favorites...location, sound of creek outside, and spacious condo. This unit got warm in the afternoon, but this didn't bother us since we were never in the condo at this time. And condo cooled off quickly early evening with open windows & ceiling fans. I would suggest new chairs for the balcony, but this is minor. Note for chefs..if you plan to cook, unit has salt/pepper & coffee. You should bring other spices, foil, cooking spray or oil etc.
I don't mind bringing my own. I just like to know in advance.

Nice that the shuttles stopped right out front, to the gondola , snowflake lift and peak nine! Ski storage in the lobby was great!
We walked everywhere we wanted to go, we have a large truck, and it was nice to park it in the underground garage and leave it there!
The condo had comfortable beds and furniture!! Nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. Quiet and beautiful view of Main Street at night!
Would stay here again!!

My husband and I went on an extended ski weekend with our 2 "kids" (21 and 22) and had a wonderful time! The staff at Mountain River was very friendly and accommodating, the unit had plenty of room, and the location and view were perfect! From our balcony you have a postcard view of the village and slopes! You will literally be a 5 minute walk to many restaurants (Columbine Diner has an amazing breakfast-huge and reasonably priced-we picked up to go 2x). The Murphy bed was comfy, sofa very comfortable, only problem was upstairs fan not working but I think that was a battery issue for remote that we didn't realize until time to go. I'd definitely stay here again! PS-ask for the hottub in the gym when you book an appointment....very private and scenic (on balcony outside of gym), but all 3 are nice!
