Just ski down, walk across the street and you’re home! Plus, you’re just one block from Main Street Breckenridge and a short shuttle ride to the gondola or the Peak 9 base. River Mountain Lodge Colorado Trail Condo is a comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom deluxe condo with room for up to four guests. All the comforts of home are here, including a full kitchen with updated appliances and granite counters, a full bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for three at the counter for a quick breakfast or après-ski snack.
You’ll also enjoy the in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, underground parking (one car) with elevator access, a fitness center, and an outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

The host was wonderful, we felt like we were at home. We stayed 5 days. The location is central to everything in Breckenridge, and we would definitely rent from them again!

My wife and I spent our 17 year anniversary here escaping the Kansas heat for a few days. Over all the stay was good. The hot tub was out of order, the fire place on the patio wouldn't light, and there were only candles and no lighter for the fireplace inside. So we didn't have the romantic evening I was hoping for. I had really high hope for this place with such a great location. The only other thing I would complain about is the lack of TV in the bedroom. We like to relax and watch a movie while laying in bed and that wasn't an option. Otherwise perfect location in Breck and good place to stay.
