Beautiful terraced house architect for rent for holidays, typical of the island, with 3 main rooms and 2 bikes Adult are loaned South facing, facing the nature reserve
It is equipped for a pleasant stay for two couples or a couple with 2 children
- The rent that is displayed online only applies to stays of 2 nights from Saturday to Saturday
Rate per night short stays from 1st to 16th June 2019

- 2 nights: 119 €,
- 3 nights: 89 €,
- 4 nights: 80 €
- 5 nights: 75 €
- 6 nights: 70 €

House ideally located for cycling, go to the beaches by the bike path, hiking in nature reserves and bird watching, lights, sunsets, and relax in front of the nature reserve, while being close to Downtown and its pedestrian street with all the shops. Crêperie of the Ferme des cinq chemins at 200 meters (for the arrival dinner)

Very many bike paths (the island is flat). Municipal pool (large pool overlooking the outside) nearby
Beautiful and long sandy beaches for beautiful walks by the sea
Fishing, fishing on foot (clams, wild oysters, ...), fishing at sea, water sports, tennis, horse riding, ...
House located 900 meters from the pedestrian street with all shops downtown and 2200 m of sandy beaches (gulf side and Atlantic side), accessible by the bike path that goes to the bottom of the property
The terraced house can be rented simultaneously to accommodate up to 8 people
Your guarantee of quality and comfort for your holidays: our house has been awarded the Clévacances 2 Clés and "Accueil Vendée Bikes" labels after a visit and audit by Clévacances (organization dependent on the Vendée Departmental Tourism Committee).

Très bon séjour. Le gîte de Monsieur et Madame Mikol est très fonctionnel et bien situé sur l'île, conforme à la description.
L'accueil par Monsieur Mikol avec un bouquet de fleurs et des petits cadeaux à notre arrivée, ainsi que des conseils pour visiter l'île a été très agréable.
Le prêt des vélos est un plus bien appréciable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Petite maison bien agencée (2 chb, 2 sdb avec wc et salon et coin cuisine), située de telle façon que tout est faisable en vélo. L'île est à découvrir : château, église, plages différentes, villages typiques sans oublier les restaurants. Bref 1 semaine de dépaysement.

location proche du centre ville et des sentiers de randonnée. Confortable avec tout le nécessaire et même plus pour ceux qui souhaite faire du vélo.
