About this house rental
Typical house in the town centre, located on the south quay of the Port of Noirmoutier.
Entrance on the port side opening onto a large living room, with open kitchen.
The 2 double bedrooms and two shower rooms are located on the garden side.
You will be right in the center, in the immediate vicinity of all the amenities of the village. The market is right in front of the house, as well as most of the cafes and many restaurants.
The house has been completely renovated by architect.
The rental is on a week-long basis from Saturday to Saturday.
Pet accepted subject to prior agreement.
The price includes all charges except firewood and cleaning at the end of the stay.

On the first floor:
Outside: Enclosed and planted garden in front of the house, with porch in front of the front door. Space to store bicycles
Inside: A fully equipped microcement American-style kitchen open to a living room.
U-shaped staircase for access to garden level, with glass railings only.
On the first floor:
Bedroom 1 on the EAST side: a 160 cm bed, private toilet, private shower room with sink and large cupboard.
Bedroom 2 on the WEST side with fireplace, two beds of 80 by 200 cm, (which can be grouped into a bed of 160)
Private toilet, private shower room with sink and washing machine.
Garden:
Enclosed and flowered garden of about 180 m2.
Equipped with a garden table with 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers and 1 Weber barbecue.

Belle maison entièrement rénovée et idéalement placée en plein centre ville. Parfait pour aller au marché, faire le tour de l’île en vélo ou pour découvrir les différentes plages de l’île. Accueil très sympathique et propriétaire charmante. Nous recommandons vivement !!
