Hotel Pedasí Nature Paradise

The Nature, the pillows, was very cozy and the staff was nice.

Bathrooms had a funky smells

Breakfast was simple but very good. The pool was clean, with ample seating and relaxation areas.

The power went off Sunday night, through no fault of the hotel. Unfortunately, that shut down the elevator and no one was available to reset it.

Great location in the town. Very friendly staff, but our lack of Spanish limited communication. Comfortable room and lovely plunge pool in shady garden. Pedasi is a lovely, quiet town. Need a vehicle to get to the beach, but make sure you go to Isla Iguanas.

As a fisherman the location is perfect for enjoying a day or two of fishing at playa El Arenal. The complimentary breakfast is a great way to start your day. The pool is nice too.

There was a manager that was very rude and not polite at all. However, the other staff members were polite. There was a mistake with the reservation. Booking confirmed that we had one reservation for two rooms. The manager claimed there was a second reservation for a third room. We had a representative from Booking contact the hotel to confirm our reservation for two rooms. The manager did not allow us to speak or show him the reservation. Even on the day we checked out he did not want to give us a receipt for the second half of the payment. On arrival I was asked to pay half of the cost of the reservation for the two rooms which I did and he gave me a receipt. The manager was very argumentative. However the other staff members were pleasant and polite.
