Casa Lajagua

If you’re coming to Pedasí for a whale-watching trip, I highly recommend staying at Casa Lajagua. It’s a wonderful place to stay, and the hospitality made my time in Pedasí even more memorable. Breakfast was also delicious, and I slept very well. I’ll definitely miss Rootbeer, Pepsi, and Siete! 🐾 They were such a lovely part of my stay. Thank you again, April, for your kindness and hospitality. I truly enjoyed my time here and hope to come back someday!

Locations on Google Maps can be confusing

This was such a great spot to stay. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The made-to-order breakfast was a nice way to start the day. April was a hoot to talk to and made us instantly feel like family. She also took GREAT care of us with getting us captains to go on the Isla Iguana island tour and whale watching - it was a little more expensive then just getting someone random, but WELL worth it. She made sure we had food, a cooler, umbrella, snorkel gear, and a captain that took is easy on the waves (ensuring no one in my family got sick). The hotel had everything we needed and then some. If you are going to Pedasi, do yourself the favor and stay here!

April has 3 dogs - we loved them, but if this is something that will bother you, you should be aware. There are also frogs that come out at night - very typical of this area - and they can be loud. Neither of these things bothered us and even knowing this, I would still highly recommend this place.

Sehr schlechtes WLAN!!! Kein Empfang im Zimmer, am Pool, im Essbereich und Reception, sondern nur auf dem Flur vor dem Zimmer.

Facilities were clean. The breakfast was good. The facility is great for a single person or a couple without children.

We were a party of 6 with 3 adults and 3 children. The facility was too small for us, especially with the other guests. The pool was filled to capacity with our 3 kids. There was no room for the other guests and our kids were too noisy for everyone else. Also, there is only a common area to watch television with the other guests, no televisions in the rooms.
