L'emplacement. La propreté. La bagagerie pr le dernier jour et sa très sympathique responsable sur place le lundi 2 mars. Le calme du quartier et de l'immeuble.

La literie trop molle des 2 petits lits Les ressorts ressentis qd on s'assoie pr la banquette. Pas moyen d'y dormir en repli des matelas des lits pas assez fermes (1 minimum reste nécessaire, surtout pr 4 nuits).. Un torchon de plus pr la petite vaisselle à la main. 1 rouleau d'essuie tout ou de serviettes. 2 capsules de café pour utiliser la super nespresso... pas utilisée, du coup.... en guise de plateau de courtoisie pr démarrer le séjour... Les photos laissent quand même a penser que l'appartement est plus grand...

If taking the airport bus I asked you which is the closest bus stop and you said it’s Marques de Paradas. That is wrong since I had to walk a few blocks to get to the apartment. Clearly, you don’t know that Plaza de Armas is just a block away and the closest station. It was already mentioned in the past that the bed and sofa needed to be replaced. They haven’t been done. The sofa needs to be replaced or at least have it re-cushioned and the bed I slept in was hollow in the center. It was also mentioned by a guest in the past that instructions in English is needed to use the washing machine. I had to use google translate since the settings were in Spanish. I asked you about the settings and you can’t even tell me. The maintenance guy you sent to fix the light the next day had to guess, but was able to figure it out. I’ve asked for paper towel and soup bowl and you said you don’t have paper towels available and to make use of the soup plate. Expect that you will be having people from different parts of the world stay at your apartment. These two things are basics and necessary. Paper towels are cheap. You cannot eat ramen, cereal, oatmeal or soup from a soup plate, but you can use soup/cereal bowls for anything.
