La ubicacion perfecta y al apartamento no le faltava detalle

La luz del baño no funcionava y nadie se ofrecio para venir a mirar-lo y hemos tenido que ir al baño de noche a oscuras, y el telefobo de la ducha tampoco funcionava bien

L’emplacement, le calme de l’appartement, l’aménagement de l’appartement, la terrasse, tout était parfait.

Par contre, le propriétaire a débité 2 fois le montant de la location, dès la réservation ( 318€). Nous l’avons relancé, par téléphone, par mail. Nous avons saisi le service client de Booking. Toujours aucun remboursement, 5 mois après ce débit abusif !!!😡

Great location and a fantastic terrace. Kitchen also had everything we needed and the place was spacious with lots of natural light and great air conditioning

All of the admin around the actual stay was a headache. I suspect they outsource to an agency. Firstly we were double charged - this was rectified but not ideal. Then taking the €200 deposit was very unusual compared to other places I’ve stayed travelling around Europe as a couple. It took the full 14 days to return to my bank account and I had to chase it. Some of the amenities were also quite old (iron left a mark on clothes, chipped bowls/cookwear/tv etc.) - I normally would never complain but if you’re going to charge a deposit I’d expect it to be higher.
