About this apartment rental
Elegant and luxurious, newly renovated duplex penthouse in downtown Seville. The apartment is top-of-the-line with exceptional finishes. It is spacious (160 m²), very bright, modern in design, and elegantly furnished. It features air conditioning and central heating, hardwood floors and high ceilings with ceiling fans, and free high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi. Despite its very central location, it is very peaceful and quiet thanks to the double-glazed windows, which insulate it from outside noise. The terrace is the perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. It features a dining table as well as two lounge chairs for sunbathing.
The apartment is spread over two floors: On the first floor are the living-dining room, kitchen, two double bedrooms, and one bathroom. On the upper floor are the master double bedroom, one bathroom, and the terrace.
Its location is perfect for sightseeing in the city, as it’s in the center, just a few minutes’ walk from the main monuments (Cathedral, Reales Alcázares, City Hall, Archivo de Indias, Museum of Fine Arts, Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza, etc.). A car is unnecessary, as almost all sightseeing can be done on foot.
The area offers a wide variety of restaurants and tapas bars, serving both traditional Spanish and Andalusian cuisine as well as international dishes. There is also live flamenco at venues very close to the apartment. There are several public parking lots, as well as a number of high-quality supermarkets and a shopping center in the surrounding area. The main clothing, shoe, and souvenir shops are just a few minutes’ walk away.
Its location is perfect for the SEVILLE FAIR, as it’s just a 4-minute walk from the Real Maestranza BULLFIGHTING ARENA.

Wow! Excellent location, Maria was amazing and her apartment is truly a gem in Sevilla. Everything is within walking distance and it’s a very quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Maria for your recommendations !! The Browns.

Great location and a lovely, spacious apartment. Maria was highly responsive from the start and met us when we arrived to show us the apartment. It was the perfect place to rest, cool down and recharge. The beds were super comfortable and all the rooms had air conditioning. Would definitely recommend!

This is a lovely property and in an excellent location for seeing all the places of interest. Maria is an excellent host and even managed to provide mini-bus for a largish party to and from the airport at a reasonable price. We did notice however, that there is an airport bus directly opposite the apartment. The only small issue was that two of the bedrooms on the lounge/kitchen level are situated in such a way that those in the furthest bedroom have to walk through another bedroom to get to the kitchen and lounge area. Wasn't really a problem but I think perhaps should be noted on the website. thankyou Maria
