Gdansk Old Town ul. Sw. Ducha 68 Apartments

Very central location, 5 minute walk from golden gate / old town hall etc. Large apartment

Smell from the restaurants downstairs, mainly in bathroom. Shower floods the bathroom if you aren't careful. I contacted the host to ask if there was any laundry tablets or powder as I couldn't find any and I got the reply "yes, check under the sink. If they're not there, they're not there." Would've been good if they provided ones and if they usually do then it should've been topped up. Very minor issue but could've been handled better.

Asunnon sijainti oli todella hyvä. Suoraan alakerrassa useampi ravintola ja pääkadulle ei kävellyt kuin pari minuuttia. Aikaisempi sisäänkirjautuminen onnistui kysymällä ilman lisäveloitusta.

Asuntoon tuli kova haju alakerran ravintoloista ilmanvaihdon kautta. Vaikka ruoantuoksu itsessään ei ole paha, niin kun se haisee aamusta iltaan asunnossa, niin tulee välillä hieman huono olo. Jouduimme käydä ostamassa vessapaperia lisää, sillä sitä ei ollut asunnossa saatavilla enempää, kuin mitä vessassa oli. Asunnossa ei ollut viinipullon avaajaa, kävimme hakemassa sellaisen kaupasta ja jätimme sen asuntoon. Siisteydessä olisi ollut myös hieman parantamisen varaa, lattialla oli ympäri asuntoa paljon roskia ja seinissä epämääräisiä tahroja.

Wszystko się podobało. Jak za taką cenę – bardzo dobre warunki. Wszystko, co potrzebne do zamieszkania – jest dostępne. Nowoczesne wnętrze. Wi-Fi. Pralka, suszarka.

Jestem bardzo niezadowolona z hałasu! To była okropna noc i wczesny poranek. Było bardzo głośno. Kiedy zamknęliśmy okna, było trochę lepiej, ale duszno. Gdyby był klimatyzator, byłoby po prostu super!

Location was perfect, apartment comfortable, good shower pressure, mattress was comfortable, basic thing you needed in the apartment with the exception of a few crucial things (such as a bottle opener and corkscrew) One thing to bear in mind re. The excellent location is that it is incredibly noisy first thing in the morning, right through the night.

This apartment has issues with the restaurant below and there were some pungent smells from 6.30am until late (restaurant opening hours) that came from the bathroom. If you have a sensitive nose, like I do, this can me nauseating and uncomfortable...we got out quite early and stayed out all day so we worked around it but it is important future bookers know. The shower kept flooding, had drainage issues so we had a few slips and no mop available. Well equipped kitchen but not aome of the things you would need like bottle opener and corkscrew. Wifi was difficult for us to get on and no welcome booklet explaining how things work. The pillows were awful...and would recommend news ones and additional ones...such a shame and owners should consider that people like multiple pillows. There also wasn't enough for two each so we had to makeshift one from a blanket. There is no aircon or even a plug in fan, which is wild! It was so hot and we had the windows open which meant we had the noise from the street below. There also wasn't a heater, so nit sure how it would be in the winter!
