It was close to people and places we liked.

Lots of rust on fixtures. Needs maintenance. Floors hadn’t been cleaned/moped in some time. Blinds all missing strips so they wouldn’t close completely. Though we didn’t need shower wash, it was empty.

Love the travel size comfort kitchen and bath items along with towels. Enjoyed the kitchen homey feel and 2 full bath. Love the nightlight in rooms. Upstairs furniture was decent and nice. It was quiet area. Easy 5 minute walk along sidewalk to get to public beach access.

There's quite a bit of moldy issues,dirty old floors. Bathroom counter tops and fan blades warping. Air return vent grill caked with dust. Outdated townhome and items in need of repair like vertical blinds. Front door needs a deadbolt. Lacking large pots and pans for cooking. Was hoping for an extra blanket as the bed "cover" is light as a sheet so I got a bit cold. Has that fraternity house feel where a little TLC and maintenance is needed.

We loved the privacy this rental offered. The internet, cable and air conditioning all worked well with no issues. Bedding was comfortable and overall property gave a nice home away from home feel.

No early check in. We were on a plane all night and got in early in the the morning. So we had to wait 6 hours to get into the unit. No coffee maker which was pictured in the initial booking photos. Floors were mildly dirty. No dishwasher tabs or soap provided for when running dishwasher.
