Located on the 3rd floor, these 2-bedroom, 2-bath condos can sleep up to 4 guests comfortably. Relax with a king bed in the master and a queen bed in the loft area. Both bathrooms provide hair dryers and a starter pack of essentials to make your stay feel more like home. Recent updates include luxury plank flooring throughout, vaulted wood plank ceiling in the living area, stainless steel appliances, convertible dining and coffee tables, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops! With floor-to-ceiling windows and an oversized private balcony overlooking the clear emerald, green water of the Gulf of Mexico, you are sure to see the most spectacular sunset views. Snowbird Season runs from December thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Nautical Watch is a family-friendly, low rise gulf front condominium on the east side of Panama City Beach. This beachfront complex is formed in a U-shape around a large pool for the family to enjoy. Nautical Watch has its own private beach for you to enjoy the amazing white sandy beach and the clear emerald, green water of the Gulf of Mexico!

We have stayed at this condo one other time and few others at Nautical Watch Beach Resort. We have always enjoyed our stay at these Condominiums. We love the location area of the beach and have made several friendships with other beach occupants here. The condo was cleaned very well and there was a tropical fragrance in the air that made it seem vacation ready! I really liked the comforter on the master bed. It was light and you could tell that it was washed. That is important to me because I pull covers up to my face naturally. The under mattress drawers were nice for extra space for my clothes and my husband used the dresser. The hidden nightlights in the bathroom light switch was nice for late night bathroom beaks. The shower was roomy and very clean! We had plenty of clean fluffy white towels upstairs and downstairs and in the kitchen too. The ceiling fans work great! The view off of the balcony is beautiful and the outdoor patio furniture is comfortable and nice for a breakfast, lunch or dinner meal! The only suggestion that we would add is to add some newer kitchen supplies cups, dishes, silverware and instructions for the super modern dishwasher. All in all we would definitely recommend this condo! The Dover’s

We left a day early. Our stay started out with filth all over the condo. They sent someone out to clean it after we arrived. The worst experience I’ve ever had.
