Location, atmosphere, cleanliness, hospitality
AC and fan needs fixing in female dorm.

The location was amazing, the common area and the cafeteria was nice. Room was nice and lockers were provided.
Kitchen needs repair for sure.
Also, if one is eating outside food or cooking their own food, they cannot sit in the common area or cafe area to eat. They are sent to the backside of the hostel, which is a washing and laundry area, and we are asked to eat there. That is not a good experience at all.
