Bonjour Travellers Hostel

as everyone mentions, the “cleaner” is very charming guy with faith - i actually left my wallet to be returned safely after ten days.

indian travellers here were very selfish and not mannered. uncleaned dishes, extending days without notice, grumpy as there’s no room for early check-in. swarm of mosquitoes as well - hope it’s only seasonal.

I really like the location, staff support, cleanliness and maintenance of this hostel.

They need to have a power backup which is a must for this kind of business.

The hostel was very near to NGRI metro station (a bus and then short metro ride from the airport) but was fairly quiet. The female dorm was comfortable - there was a reading light and sockets but no privacy curtain. The 4 bed room had it's own bathroom. There is a kitchen and free drinking water, a lounge area and a outside terrace (though I only found this as I was leaving). The staff were pleasant though spoke little English. I was able to check in early by paying an extra fee which was welcome when arriving on an overnight flight.

There is no sign for the hostel so it can be tricky to find. There was no useful information about Hydetabad, local restaurants etc which would have been helpful. It is quite a distance from the main tourist sites (not served by the metro) so I mostly used Uber to get around.

The stay was too good. Every thing was clean and well organised.
