    1. Prince residency not at all fit for 3 star as given in web. 2. It's location is near to secuderabad railway station but surrounded by dirt and unclainess. 3. Check in time given in confirmation message between 6-7am but Prince residency caretaker says casually " on line booking check in only at after 11am. 4. After arrival of reception staff, at 11am checking the mails in system and confirm online booking and alloting the room. 5. To the mockery receptionist/ Price residency seems to be proprietor scolds agoda stating the money which was collected is quite inadequate to maintain facility and alloted only non AC room and demanded Rs 200 extra for providing AC in room. 6.To keep trust with customers agoda shall have some system of evaluation to choose the facility. 7. The rating very terrible can be given.

    I believe this hotel is newly constructed, and all items are neat and clean, including the bathrooms. The staff and receptionists provided very kind service.

    AC is not working. A lot of difference between images uploaded in the site and original one.
