    The management here uses highly unethical practices. Despite having a pre-booked and pre-paid room on Agoda, the manager claimed they weren't associated with the platform and tried to dupe me by claiming no payment was received. The room shown on the site was not ready or clean. I was forced to pay extra to upgrade, only to get an average room with dirty furniture, a broken fan controller, a TV with no channels, and sticky, stained bedsheets. To top it off, the toilet flush was completely broken. The ONLY positive is the location—it has good connectivity and is easy to reach by Pushpak and city buses. It is strictly fine as a brief transition point if you just need a place to sleep before moving on, but choose it only if you are completely desperate and looking for the cheapest option. Otherwise, it is not suitable for any type of traveler. Avoid.

    The toilet didnt flush, there is only a dip heater for the heating water, and when I entered, they told me I have been "checked out" even though I never checked in. They said for me to stay that night; I would have to pay an additional 700 rs. even though I paid online. I have no problem paying a higher rate, but if they wanted more money, then why list the price so low and then trick the guests coming in? It would have been better if they were upfront with their cost. Otherwise the staff was friendly, they gave me towels when requested, and they were otherwise cordial. I wish the hotel practices were different though

    The hotel asked for hidden charges although i had paid online full amount. The rooms are not clean and they asked for extra money for AC.
