The outdoor area with its large pool (9 x 4.50 m / 1.70 m deep) invites you to relax and cool off on warm and sunny days.
The covered terrace and barbecue offer a great opportunity for 8 people to enjoy outdoor meals.
Within the property you will find a cozy living room with Smart TV, a modern kitchen with dining area and 4 rustic-style bedrooms, two of which have air conditioning. Additionally, there are 3 completely renovated bathrooms, two of them with shower and one with bathtub.
This farm in a quiet area guarantees a relaxing vacation in Mallorca. If you still want to explore the island, 30 minutes by car you will find the fine sand beach of Playa de Muro or the Port of Alcudia and its beautiful promenade, full of good restaurants, bars and shops with local products.

What an amazing, beautiful, serene location in the incredible Mallorcan countryside! Surrounded by mountains and olive trees, this gorgeous finca style property boasts all you need to enjoy a 5-star holiday while in the area. Conveniently located for access to all the desirable locations of Mallorca, and with a great pool and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy yourself, I could not recommend this tranquil rental more. 5++++ stars! Oh, and great communication and help from the rental agency 😇

Die Unterkunft hat uns super gefallen - insbesondere der Aussenbereich mit der Poolanlage. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und hilsbereit. Wir konnten den Aufenthalt sehr geniessen. Die Finka liegt im Landesinnere und ist somit ein guter Ausgangspunkt, wenn man die ganze Insel erkunden möchte.

Casa pràctica, còmoda, amb un porxo impressionant. El jardí del voltant de la piscina molt ben cuidat, la piscina força neta. Barbacoa molt pràctica. Cuina ben equipada, tot en bon estat. L’entorn és molt tranquil sense sentir-se aïllat. El propietari molt amable! Hi tornaria!
