About this house rental
Less than a 2-minute walk to the beach from this 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2-story cottage. A large deck surrounds the front with a nice outdoor shower in the back (cold/hot). We are a Family Rental Only. Families will enjoy the many activities in Fernandina Beach: putt-putt, golf, canoeing, surfing, bike riding, shopping, the beach, and more.

We loved the location of the house. It was a short and easy walk to the beach. The house was clean. The owners were nice and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay there again. We loved the island. Great restaurants.

The owner of the house was so very accommodating and easy to work with. House was clean and exactly what we needed for our stay. 12/10 recommend this house and owner for anyone looking for a place to stay.

This was our first time in Fernandina Beach and absolutely loved it. We can’t wait to go back.Mike and Lisa’s house was perfect! Had everything we needed and was a great size for our family (two adults plus 4 kids). It was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed.Our kids loved walking to the beach which is just a two minute walk and one highlight for our thirteen year old son was walking to Dairy Queen every day.We loved how easy it was to get around on bikes. Lots of trails and bike lanes. We rented bikes at the beach store (which is also walking distance from the house) and rode on the Egans Creek Parkway where we saw turtles and an alligator. Historic downtown is a short drive and has wonderful restaurants and shopping. Just a wonderful time. Mike and Lisa’s house is a gem. Mike is easy to talk to, welcoming, and gave us great info about things to do and places to eat. He told us about finding shark teeth at Clinch Fort State Park and indeed we found some. We can’t wait to go back.
