About this apartment rental

Enjoy serenity on a deck overlooking small pond. This ground floor unit is in close proximity to all Forest Ridge amenities such as Pool, Tennis, Pickleball and great places to walk. Very easy access to the beach - just one block! Updated condo totally renovated throughout. And, it has a very nice view.

This property was perfect for me, my spouse, and three teenagers. The owners helpfully provided handsoaps and paper towels, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There are also pool noodles and beach chairs. We all slept great and enjoyed the beach and pool as well as the nearby restaurants, mini golf, and museum. I highly recommend this condo as a base for exploring Fernandina Beach! P.S. The owner is very responsive and provided great recommendations!

Amazingly well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay! Only short walk to the beach. Host very quick to respond to questions! Very simple check in. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay, shortcut to beach was a nice surprise! Great options for dining very close by. Would definitely choose to stay next time we are in the area. Very responsive host!
