This newly renovated and stylishly decorated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom luxury Forest Ridge townhome is the perfect setting to kick back and enjoy a relaxing vacation in the comfort of a place that feels like home! Historic Fernandina is known for its beautiful oak tree canopies, pristine sandy beaches, and an array of coastal culture that can all be experienced during a stay in this wonderful seaside retreat!
The first floor boasts a spacious open floor plan, laid out as one large great room consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living area. This great room is tiled in beautiful grey-washed wood like tile and is accented perfectly with an array of coastal décor. The newly renovated kitchen has brand new appliances, elegant white quartz counter tops, white shaker style cabinets and barstool seating for two. Centered in the dining area is a lovely high top wood table that seats 4-6. Two additional barstools are located at the island just next to the dining area for ample dining space.
The living area is decorated with a comfy dark gray L-shaped couch, gorgeous wood coffee table, two chairs, and a large flat screen TV. Just off of the spacious living area, through the sliding door you will find a shady and secluded private porch ideal for taking a minute to relax and enjoy the cool afternoon sea breeze. Grab a good read and a glass of wine and enjoy this shady space to the fullest.
Adjacent to the great room is the downstairs full bathroom and laundry area. Accented with a charming quartz topped vanity and a beautifully tiled walk in shower, this bathroom has recently been fully renovated. The brand new stackable washer and dryer make keeping up with the laundry a breeze!
Journeying up stairs, you will find a master bedroom with spacious closets, a queen bed, and a flat screen TV. Underneath the queen bed is a twin mattress that can be pulled out for additional sleeping capacity. This was a cozy space for us to land for a few days while visiting our grandkids. We even got to host them for a few sleepovers and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us! We only got to use the pool once as there were some issues with it during our stay. That was a little disappointing. Also, this is in an HOA and they have strict rules about leaving anything out on the deck, so no beach towels or swimsuits can be left out to dry. The parking, although ample, at least during our stay, was a little challenging. The unit has two assigned spaces but more than once there were other cars occupying those spaces so we had to park elsewhere. If you're laidback and don't mind minor inconveniences, you'll enjoy your stay :)

The townhouse is beautifully decorated and has everything what you need. The location is awesome, you can walk to the beach. Sadly the house is not very clean.
The oven is really dirty, we found empty water bottle and used toothpicks behind the curtains in the bedroom.
