When we first walked in we were pleasantly surprised how big and open the living room and kitchen were. It was a perfect place for small kids to play. You could watch them while you were in the kitchen. Loved how there was a door separting the toliet and shower from the sink and mirror in the bathroom. The outside shower was very convenient after spending the day at the beach. Great wifi service which is important if you have kids with tablets. Another plus was being able to pull your vehicle right up to the door and unload your stuff and reload. Highly recommend this place. We hope to stay here again in the future.

We had some issues and the property manager was excellent. Communicated right away and resolved the problems.
Overall the furniture etc is 'tired' and though the kitchen has utensils, they are the bare essentials and also 'tired'

Cozy duplex with lots of space. Really enjoyed the backyard and the location/access to the beach was phenomenal. Had some trouble checking in as the door-access instructions could have been clearer and I couldn’t find the lockbox after looking for 10 minutes. Manager was very communicative, we enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it!

Property was not clean, dated and minimally equipped. Property could not be secured; rear door could not be closed and locked. Fenced in back yard and beach access a plus.
