Welcome to this wonderful "Sea Turtle Inn" townhome in Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island!
This is a beautifully updated three-bedroom, two-bathroom second row ocean townhome in the quaint beach community of Sea Castles in Fernandina Beach!
This spacious townhome features adorable farmhouse style décor and beach furnishings! Upon entry, you are greeted by our friendly and native to Florida, “Harry the Sea Turtle” hanging in the foyer.
From there, you have two bedrooms and one bathroom as well as the laundry room on the main floor.
The first downstairs bedroom has a queen bed mattress with a flat screen smart tv and ample closet space that leads to an en-suite bathroom. The hall bathroom has two vanity sinks and shower/tub combo for use.
The second downstairs bedroom has two twin beds with a tropical/beach themed room for the kids overlooking the expansive outdoor space.
All within the first floor is also a large, full size laundry room with washer and dryer as well as various beach items (beach chairs, beach towels and pool/beach toys) stored for guest use.
Leading out the back door is a gas grill, picnic table and seating for you to enjoy the breezy Fernandina Beach days or take a short stroll to the community pool area. The wonderful community pool area has loungers and covered lanai to relax and enjoy the Florida sun or just unwind in one of the umbrella tables with a great book!
Heading upstairs…you are welcomed by the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom/bath.
The upstairs living area has a wonderfully furnished farmhouse décor feel that leads to a relaxing ocean view balcony!
There is ample seating in the living room as well as a flat screen smart tv for streaming your favorite evening shows after a busy day of shell seeking at our pristine beaches, visiting the Historic area of Fernandina Beach, touring Ft. Clinch, our many fine restaurants and shops or just relaxing by the community pool, now you can come back to your home away from home and enjoy all that “Sea Turtle Inn” has to offer!
Once you step outside onto the upper balcony and feel the ocean breezes, all your stress and worry will melt away! The balcony is furnished with a seating area or if you prefer to have that casual meal, there are outdoor dining table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather!
The kitchen is fully furnished for your vacation meal prep and has stainless steel appliances. There is also a small breakfast bar area with two cute bar stools as well as a dining area with seating for six.
Lastly, the spacious master bedroom with bathroom en-suite overlooks the back outdoor space and offers comfort and privacy after a long day of exploring Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island!
The beach is just a short five-minute walk across the street. The beach access is located at the end of our parking lot and across the street. Very easy and convenient!

We absolutely LOVED our stay. It was a short little walk to the beach access. We were thrilled to have access to a water hose (which isn’t typical of condos on the island) being able to rinse off any sand toys and sandy little feet was a major plus for traveling with our kids! Ample closet and storage space, lots of sand toys, boogey boards and a beach wagon made our trips to the beach fun! The gas grill on the back patio was perfect for grilling on our nights in. AC was ice cold, beds were comfy, plenty of extra pillows provided and the balcony chairs and table were perfect for our morning coffee. Community pool is just a building away, the community was quiet and just what we had hoped for. We are ready to book again after such a great stay!
