Everything!! The house was so relaxing. My family truly enjoyed our quick trip!!

Location had easy public access to beach. Cottage was decorated tastefully. It had sufficient kitchen necessities & beds were comfortable. Easy check-in with coded entry. Fort Clinch was very cool to tour & a short drive. Downtown historic Fernandina Beach was nice as well. Also St Augustine is nice if you’re running out of things to do because of weather. It’s about an hour away.

Need a sectional or at least one recliner. Couch was ok but small & couldn't put feat up. Small decorative chairs are of no use really. I can’t imagine having 3 couples there trying to watch a movie. Bathroom is also pretty small & no sink counter space. I can’t imagine sharing it if all bedrooms were occupied. I found some hair on clean towels. I realize this can happen but ick. I asked if we could push our dates up a bit because the weather was supposed to be terrible the week of our stay (actually got snow!!) and even though there was availability, they declined me with no explanation other than it’s under 30 days before check-in. We came from Indiana & we’re hoping for some sun & warmer weather which the following week called for. The stairs to upper unit were actually covered with ice one day & my feet slipped out from under me. Luckily I had a hold of the handrail.
