The location is practically beachfront. The apartment was well kept And furnished.

The location is fantastic - just off the boulevard, a stone's throw from the beach, and very close to the town's historic centre with lots of amenities. It's a modern, plush building, and the room (a studio) was clean and well equipped with fridge freezer, hob and various utensils. The en-suite bathroom was bright and very modern.

The balcony didn't have any furniture. I'd normally expect a chair and small table. Maybe if I'd complained to reception they would have provided some, but as mine was only a short stay I made do by moving another chair onto the balcony. The safe deposit box didn't come with any instructions. A member of staff had to come to my room to show me how to use it. Also, there was a second (not working) safe deposit box placed randomly in a corner of the room (see photograph). This clearly shouldn't have been there. The layout of the room needs a rethink because there was very little space between the fridge freezer and one corner of the bed, making it difficult to pass between the two (see photograph). Finally, there were no bedside lights, only the main room lights. This meant that if I needed to get up in the middle of the night, I had no choice but to turn on the super bright main lights (not ideal).

Location is perfect, newly built, has everything to stay: wash machine, microwave, kettle, air conditioning and heating.

Slow and understandable elevators with card access. Mostly rude staff. There was an incident in the night - one Turkish guy hit the girl and there was blood everywhere on the elevator hall. Girl left. But staff seems didn't call the police and did nothing. It's scary and hard to understand
