I received great support during the booking process; the staff were very friendly and helped us a lot—happy to return anytime. The communication was smooth and professional, and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. We felt very welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to others. I would like to sincerely thank Mari and Mate - they were incredibly kind, supportive, and extremely helpful throughout my stay.

Beim Einchecken wurden wir vom Personal an der Anmeldung ignoriert und unfreundlich behandelt. Generell war der Service schlecht. Das haben wir auch bei anderen Gästen beobachtet. Das Frühstück wird in einem Restaurant auf der anderen Straßenseite angeboten. Es gab ein vorgefertigtes Tablett mit abgezählten Portionen, z. B. eine zusätzliche Scheibe Wurst würde extra kosten. Das Personal im Restaurant war ebenfalls unfreundlich und arrogant und ging nicht auf unsere Wünsche ein. Das Essen war jeden Tag dasselbe.
