Location near the sea, markets, restaurants. Good stuff
Sometimes smell of the sewerage and not feeling of cleanliness. Balcony over the road where trailers are running all day and night

Incredible owners, full of hospitality, helpful, very kind. The location is 1 min walk throught the garden to the sea. Very easy to get to Batumi and food shops, cause the bus stop is next to the house. Next to house there is a waterfall!!!!! Very good room with wooden floor and new furniture. Super cool balcony with the view to the garden and mountains.

Новый ремонт в отеле. Чисто в номерах и на общей кухне идеальная чистота.
Отель находится к сожалению не на первой линии у моря, как заявлено- а на первой линии у трассы, по которой круглосуточно идут фуры на туркцкую границу. Шум просто адский в номерах, которые якобы с "видом на сад". Двор проходной, не закрытый! Через него идёт тропинка к морю. В номере на 3 этаже был запах канализации. С кафе и магазинами поблизости тоже не очень.
