The apartment was lovely. The bed linens were wonderfully crisp and luxe. However we prefer down or feather pillows fibre fill pillows and duvets are just too hot. The washer was a wonderful amenity to have. The staff are lovely.
We found the bathroom to be very cramped and tight, with that said it was super clean and had great complimentary products.

Thomaz Palace was in a great location, an easy walk to all of the sights of Porto. And it was a bonus to be able to easy park our car for our 2 night stay.
The hosts, Maria and Helder, were very responsive, friendly and welcoming.
The apartment itself was very clean and had all of the amenities we needed for our 2 night stay.

Classical building renovated into beautifully appointed modern apartments. Rooms very well laid out, very clean and with every amenity required. Integrated oven also works as air fryer; induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, with coffee pods provided. Beds were very comfortable. Apartment was cleaned on alternate days, which was an added unexpected bonus. Very well located, close to main shopping street Via Caterina and the Bolhao market. Many nice local cafes and restaurants are on the same road, within 100 yards, where we got breakfast, brunch and dinner. Large Continente supermarket 5 minutes away if needed.
