Not confortable. Unhappy

The good:Well-equipped and clean. The bad: Absolutely terrible accessibility thanks to a staircase clearly designed for gnomes, no Wi-Fi, pretty awful check-in and check-out process, you can hear the neighbours living their best life through the walls, the washing machine doesn’t work — and if you dare to use it, it floods the entire place and you get to spend a lovely half-hour mopping up the water it puked everywhere. And just to put the cherry on top: unless you’re the size of a garden gnome, you’d better look for another place. Otherwise you’ll end up covered in bruises because half the apartment has a glorious ceiling height between 1.20 m and 1.40 m. Enjoy bumping your head in style! 🪜💥

Very cheap, but you get no more than for your money

Price is really affordable but...

...comfort is really low: under the roof, you can't stand up in 70% of the room. No heating and cold in march. There was an electric heater but out of service: no way to make it work. It seems there was a heating from the floor or the ceiling, but impossible to make it work as well. No instructions for that. Roof windows are not closing hermetically and when it is windy, you feel sleeping in a sailing boat in the tempest! The access is really complicated and not very well explained. The last floor is accessed by an extremely steep and narrow staircase. Should be impossible to enter with a normal suitcase. Disable or elderly people prohibited! There was a ridiculously small fee to pay leaving the exact amount in zloty (PLN). Not cashed during reservation. Why? No cash, Not paid! Complicated procedure for all: access, payment... Ikea's beds with small and thin blankets are limit confortable... Bathroom is really small but shower is ok. Impossible to shoot pictures without an endoscope!))) Low price but low confort ! Location is deeply buried in Utska, but near Lidl at the entrance of the town, coming from Slupsk.

4 piętro bez windy Wąskie schody na ostatnim piętrze. Za duże skosy i problem z dojściem do łóżka. Kiepskie wygłuszenie i ciągłe słyszenie sąsiadów za ścianą. Bardzo kiepski materac na łóżku i brak uchwytu na słuchawkę prysznicową.

Dachgeschossausbau im 4.Stockwerk , letzte Treppe sehr schmal und steil, mit Gepäck schwierig zu bewältigen. Deckenhöhe in der Wohnung sehr niedrig, aufrechtes Stehen nur auf ca 2qm der Wohnfläche und im Bad möglich. Nur für Kleinwüchsige oder Kinder geeignet! Ausstattung zum Teil hochwertig, andererseits Geschirr teilweise dreckig, nur ein Trinkglas vorhanden. Kommentar der Vermieterin: Man kann doch aus den Kaffeebechern trinken!

Może mały minus kręte schody na same poddasze i skosy nad łóżkiem. Ale takie małe coś co nie przeszkadza na dłuższą metę.

Pokoje na poddaszu z bardzo niskim skosem. Osoby wysokie będą miały problem aby normalnie funkcjonować. Normalna wysokość tylko w łazience. W kuchni dość skromne wyposażenie.

Pobyt na jedną noc, dobry stosunek ceny do jakości.

Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone, aneks kuchenny z czajnikiem, mikrofalówką, płytą grzejną i oczywiście lodówką. W łazience pralka. Czysto.

Mieszkanie znajduje się na poddaszu, w upalną pogodę jest w nim bardzo gorąco i duszno.

In het grootste deel van dit appartement kun je alleen maar gebukt lopen of kruipen, zo laag is het plafond. Ook in de keuken moet je oppassen dat je je hoof niet stoot. Het ligt op de zolder van een flat van 4 verdiepingen en is alleen bereikbaar via een smal houten trappetje. In het geval van brand maak je geen kans. Er is ook geen uitzicht, alleen een vrij hoog dakraam. In tegenstelling tot wat er op Booking staat was er ook geen wifi. Van de eigenaresse krijg je onvriendelijke berichten over bijbetalen als te te vroeg incheckt of te laat uitcheckt, en je wordt aangemaand om de toeristenbelasting over te maken via een of ander pools telefoonsysteem, voordat je de sleutel krijgt. Werd na bellen wel opgelost. .
