Wielkość pokoju, czystość, cicha i spokojna okolica. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Wyposażenie - lodówka w pokoju, na korytarzu dostęp do aneksu kuchennego (dobrze wyposażony), żelazka i deski do prasowania.
