The apartment is nice, but I don’t recommend it because of the manager. It could be a major source of stress for you.

Location is nice if you have a bicycle & car. If not - far from the center. Apartment is good itself. Very nice cleaning ladies. Small common kitchen with cutlery, big fridge, plates, but no stove unfortunately.

At first, we wanted to give a perfect 10 across the board, because the room was absolutely amazing for the price — beautifully done, very stylish, and the whole complex is located in a charming historic building. The assistants working with the rooms were incredibly kind and welcoming, and we were honestly very satisfied. However, I had to take off 5 points because of one unpleasant incident. At the beginning, the manager was also very friendly and helpful, assisting us with everything we needed. But then something unfortunate happened: my husband went out to the car in the evening and didn’t close the main front door behind him. That door had been open the entire day — by someone else — and there were no signs anywhere indicating that the door must be kept closed in the evening. Nothing in the SMS, nothing on the walls, in the rooms, nowhere. After my husband came back from the car and, out of habit (since nobody had been closing the door all day), didn’t shut it — the manager called and started yelling at him. Just think about that — the manager of the place called and yelled at a guest, as if he were a schoolboy, as if he were shouting at his own child. It was impossible to interrupt, explain, or say anything — he was just shouting, full of anger and rage. It was deeply inappropriate and unacceptable, and honestly quite shocking. Even though he had previously been nice and helpful — something clearly changed. But this kind of behavior from a manager is absolutely unacceptable in any context. Just read previous reviews - guests were complaining on him as well. This is a sign. It’s a real shame, because the apartment itself, as I already mentioned, is fantastic — but I would never come back here again, even though there’s nothing even close to this quality in the city for the same price. At this level, no apartment, no quality, no beautiful design can make up for the fact that a manager feels entitled to call and shout at guests.

Obsessed arrogant owner

Rooms were clean and big.

Owner who listens behind your door (got caught ones and started running away! - absolutely pathetic) how many people is in the room as there is no party allowed in rooms, please note in owner mind more than 2 people in the room even for 5mins it's a party and he will request you to return to your rooms or move out of the property if you're not happy. We had wedding guests in few rooms on the same floor who wanted to visit others and say hello but everytime some entered the room with 2 people already in it owner would knock on the door and ask to leave, he wasn't even wearing trousers while confronting guests - absolutely disgusting! Also threatened with fines if you don't do what he says. No noises after 10pm. An arrogant and full of bad attitude guy who permanently stays in one of the rooms so listenes to everything, also watching your every step in cameras. Please avoid if you're planning to have a nice chill stay and not to be worried about someone standing behind your door all the time.

Overall pretty decent for this price, not great, not terrible. The beds could be better

Double bed was not really that comfortable as it was two single beds together, so staying with my so wasn't exactly as comfortable as I expected. Getting to the location with a wheeled suitcase was hard due to the lack of a solid sidewalk. I also encountered a lady transporting chairs and other furniture in the elevator.

Localization is very good, there is no road noise, and comfortable parking spot. Easy access to city center.

Room is near laundry room, so you can smell detergents. Also there is very poor air circulation and no air conditioning.

Super miejsce na odpoczynek

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Bardzo atrakcyjna cena. Spędziliśmy jedną noc w apartamencie nr 16 na IV piętrze. Wejście do obiektu przy użyciu kodu, który otrzymałam na emaila. Klucz do odbioru ze skrytki przy wejściu do pokoju. Wszystko przebiegło bez jakichkilwiek problemów. Działająca winda. W pokoju i łazience ciepło, z balkonu wspaniały widok na miasto. Super wygodne łóżko, jak dla mnie idealna twardość materaca. W pokoju mieliśmy lodówkę, czajnik i filiżanki oraz po rozpuszczalnej kawie, dlatego nawet nie musieliśmy szukać kuchni. Na miejscu parking. Spokojna okolica. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu, chętnie wrócimy. Hydraulik, który podłączał wodę do spłuczki w WC to jakiś mistrz, podłączył do spłuczki ciepłą wodę :-) Chyba, że czegoś nie wiem o jakiejś ukrytej funkcji tego WC...

Dojechaliśmy do Słupska po bardzo obfitych opadach śniegu, dlatego ciężko było wjechać pod sam obiekt, dobrze by było gdyby w takiej sytuacji ktoś trochę odgarnął śnieg. Ale w tym dniu cały Słupsk był zasypany śniegiem po kolana.

Ogrzewanie na minus - dosyć zimno było pomimo przekręcenia grzejnika na 5 . Ogólna ocena by była wyższa, lecz to jest pierwszy obiekt w którym byłem i ciepła woda pod prysznicem praktycznie nie leciała.

Zimno. Kołdry letnie, kaloryfery letnie. "Aneks kuchenny" dla calego piętra. 2 czajniki i mikrofala. Bez zlewu - wodę trzeba donosić. Tv - tylko stacje naziemne. Internet tak słaby, że Netfix wieszał się i rozłączał na starcie, znaczy: Nie ma. Nie byloby problemów, gdyby nie obiecanki na wyrost o komforcie. Komfortu nie było :/ Standard, do przyjęcia.
