Piękna fasada budynku, czystość, przestronny pokój, dostępność kuchni i różnych udogodnień (czajnik naczynia, żelazko, suszarka do włosów, dodatkowy koc, ławki na zewnątrz, zadbane otoczenie). Spokój i bliskość do promenady i plaży.
Nieco hałaśliwa lodówka w pokoju. Mała kołdra.

Obiekt jest w centrum Ustki. Około 10 min. na piechotę do morza. Zameldowanie I wymeldowanie bezobsługowe. Parking bezpłatny przy obiekcie. Pokój skromny ale optymalnie wyposażony. Na plus czajnik do gotowania wody w pokoju i podstawowy zestaw szklanek, sztućców i talerzy. Rozsądna cena.
Mieliśmy pokój na parterze i niestety łapaliśmy dym papierosowy od osób, które paliły przed budynkiem. Bardzo gorąco w pokoju a byliśmy przy kilkunastu stopniach na dworze, więc domyślam się że w sezonie może być ciężko spać w takim pomieszczeniu.

Lokalizacja doskonała! W pokoju wszystko, co niezbędne oraz ogólnodostępna kuchnia. Doskonały kontakt z obsługą.
Nie wiem jak inne pokoje, ale nasz oddzielony od sąsiedniego cienką ścianką - słychać dosłownie wszystko.

Słabe WiFi, kłopoty z uruchomieniem telewizji, zepsuty przedłużacz do lampki nocnej (oddany został sprzątaczce do naprawy), brak sztućców, powinny być dla dwóch osób. Brak odpowiedniej ilości talerzy, powinny być dla dwóch osób. Zapach stęchlizny w łazience.
