Noise pollution is extreme
Uwaga! October 2020: The accommodation is surrounded by three building sites where works starts at 7am and finishes at 5pm. On two of the building sites the exterior and interior of the erected buildings are being worked upon and a generator is switched on at 7am. On the third the foundation of a new building is being laid. Pneumatic hammer, excavator and other building machinery are being used. The noise pollution is such that the accommodation cannot be enjoyed during working hours. Internet can only be accessed in the evening and in the flat on the ground floor only directly next to the door. Kitchen and accommodation are sparsely furnished: e.g. fridge in the room has the size of a minibar and is not sufficiently big for two persons; the kitchen has no stove, only two cooking plates for about 16 guests. Communication with the administrator/owner is poor. Information of how to get into the flat had been sent of so late that it could not be received before departure. Emails regarding financial compensation for the noise pollution were not answered.

Dom Gościnny Flauta II to doskonały wybór, dla osób, którzy nie oczekują wygód i usług jak w Hiltonie, jednocześnie cenią sobie czystość, spokój oraz świetną lokalizację. Pokoje wyposażone w łazienkę, tv, lodówkę, stoliczek, krzesła, czajnik oraz kubeczki i sztućce. Na miejscu jest wspólna kuchnia z wszystkimi niezbędnymi naczyniami i garnkami. Wszędzie czyściutko, jaśniutko. Darmowy, ogrodzony parking na terenie posesji. Zameldowanie bezproblemowe i bezkontaktowe. Kochamy Ustkę i od 30 lat przyjeżdżamy do tego miasteczka 1-2 razy w roku, zawsze poza sezonem. W Flaucie II gościliśmy już kilka razy i zawsze było super.

Wszędzie blisko, spokojna okolica, wystarczające wyposażenie
Mimo wielu prób nie udało się uruchomić telewizji. I choć nie przyjechałam do Ustki, by korzystać z TV, to byłoby miło włączyć rano lub wieczorem. Brak instrukcji, dwa piloty, nie potrafiłam tego zrobić.
