About this house rental
Enjoy spectacular sunsets from this rare, single level, ocean view, pool home. This coastal inspired home with a west facing backyard oasis allows you to float and swim in the warm solar heated pool while basking in the afternoon sun. Outdoor grilling is an experience when you're treated to such a fantastic view.
Casa Rica is extremely friendly to the elderly or family members who may have difficulty with small steps or transitions. The entire house has no steps or transitions and provides wheelchair access to every room including the backyard oasis.
The King Bedroom offers an open feel with an ocean view and access to the pool area through French doors. The elegant main bathroom houses a deep and sanitary jetted tub with endless hot water. The sky-lighted shower feels rejuvenating after a day lounging by the pool.
The "Poolside Bedroom" with a queen bed also enables direct access to the pool area through French doors. You can relax in bed while enjoying the view looking out over the pool and tropical palm trees. This room also has its own private bathroom and shower.
The "Garden Bedroom" with two XL twins (or a king upon request) provides a tranquil setting with French door access to a garden courtyard. This is a nice area to relax away from the pool activity.
The "Office Bedroom" with a queen bed can be a quiet place to read or can be converted into an office if you need to get some work done (when you're not relaxing by the pool).
Casa Rica enables families to enjoy time together "great room style" with the kitchen, dining, and family area comfortably situated. This area has direct access to the pool area through French doors.
If you drag yourself away from this paradise for a night out or a day at the beach, San Clemente's finest restaurants are only a mile away. The iconic San Clemente Pier is only 1.8 miles away.

The views are fantastic, the pool and spa are relaxing, and the accessibility is enabling. The home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Let’s start with the host. Mark is fantastic. So easy to work with. Very communicative. Really enjoyed working with him as we planned our trip.The house. Fantastic! Literally had everything we could possibly need. It really felt like home away from home. Tons of towels, beach towels, and beach amenities! The hot tub was phenomenal. The pool was so refreshing.This is THE house!! You won’t regret booking here.

We had a beautiful stay at Calle Rica. Mark is an excellent host. Just bring your suite cases and enjoy and relax. This place is all you want and better.

I’ve stayed in a fair number of vacation rentals and it just doesn’t get better than this. The house didn’t scream “rental!” and truly felt like staying with a friend. Great pool, awesome layout, and a kind host.
